These goals will be achieved by fully supporting and providing the necessary resources for implementing and maintaining an effective quality management system based on the principles of prevention, continuous improvement and error free work.

Implementation of the management system is the responsibility of all employees and can only be achieved by a fundamental commitment to quality.

Quality assurances systems, procedures and practices are developed, reviewed and changed with participation of employees in a continuous improvement effort.

Management will assess the effectiveness of the quality management system on a regular basis and direct internal efforts towards continuous improvement.

Canadian Specialty Castings’ management is committed to the quality management system as outlined in this manual and supporting documents, and shall ensure this policy is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
